Information and Publicity Requirements

Below are the Information and Publicity Requirements for the following programmes:

  • Programme for Research in Third Level Institutions (PRTLI)
  • Research Equipment Renewal Grant (RERG)
  • Research Facilities Enhancement Scheme (RFES)
  • Technological Sector Research Fund (TSR) - BMW Region only

Logos

For PRTLI Cycle 5 and Cycle 4 projects & PRTLI Cycle 3 projects that have incurred expenditure from 2007 onwards, the following logos must be used on all information and publicity material:

For PRTLI Cycles 1 -3 projects that have incurred expenditure prior to 2007, the following logos must be used:

Use of Logos

The above logos should feature on the following produced in relation to projects or schemes in receipt of EU Structural Funds:

• Billboards/Publicity Signage
• Plaques
• Brochures/Literature
• Application Forms
• Annual Reports
• Display/Exhibition stands
• Videos
• Advertisements & Supplements
• Conference Material
• Equipment
• Websites
• Offer letters, correspondence with projects/beneficiaries
• Press releases
• Launches/Awards
• Posters

Where an institute has projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund, then in cases where both funds need to be publicised the logos below should be used.  For instance, these logos would be necessary for Home Pages of Institutes websites.
