A new unit that encourages students to explore options in further and higher education is being piloted in schools this Autumn. The unit is for Transition Year students and has been developed through a joint initiative by the HEA and NCCA, with advice from a working group of teachers, guidance counsellors and access officers. Following the pilot phase it is planned that the unit will be made available to all schools.
