A. Correct, “MIS” in this context is in the broad sense of Information Technology Systems.
Q. How many SIF projects are to be reviewed and what is their nature?
A. There are 5 projects in total and they cover
- Business Process Engineering (2)
- e-Learning Systems
- Federated Identity Management
- Third Level Educational Management and Administrative Systems
Q. Is the indicative budget VAT inclusive?
A. The indicative budget will be VAT exclusive. As the HEA is unable to reclaim VAT, bidders should list VAT charges.
